Quite often community managers acts too robotic. So why don`t replace them with robots?...

Initially, we started working with the agency for community management. But that experience was time-consuming and rather unsuccessful. Just default answers and zero proactivity.

With the advancement of AI, it's incredible to see a team focused on providing solutions that will help our existing team scale effectively while maintaining a strong community culture!

Community management goes well beyond answering repetitive questions, Venq will unlock time and resources to focus on initiatives that drive more value while providing much needed analytics to understand the state of our community.

At Hacken, we believe that in Web 3.0, the community decides. At the same time there is almost no relevant solution for it. So Venq,ai could become a gamechanger...

It takes around two to three months to fully onboard a community manager.

Unfortunately, when it comes to crypto, explaining everything to community managers is quite time-consuming, as they may not fully understand the industry.

Community managers are only acting as a moderator and could be easily replaced by bots. They can answer questions and provide instructions, but we want them to act more like marketers. We need them to build funnels to engage community members with our product and understand that the community is an important part of our funnel.

ex CMO at XDAO

I have only 24 hours a day and need to care about all marketing tasks. Solution like VENQ,ai could make my life longer...

I am both the community lead and CMO and have 10 other roles, which was quite challenging at the most active periods of community building.

I often try to find some new trends in the community management, but don't always have enough time for that.

In terms of the XDAO community, right now I am not looking for attracting new community members, but rather strive to re-engage the existing ones. And here is where I really feel a lack of web 3.0 relevant tools.

The market really needs more qualified community managers. Much more. AI-based ones could be a good solution...

The level of community managers awareness of crypto is pretty low.

Security. There were times when a community manager clicked on phishing links and caused trouble. The human factor is not the best thing in community management.

The problem is that the community manager may simply ignore questions.

Looking back, I realize that a solution like VENQ would have made my life much easier and helped the project move much faster...

Community managers' onboarding was difficult, especially in the beginning.

At first, we started managing the community with just the founder, a couple of devs, and me as the CMO doing everything. It was very hectic. Then we started working with a contractor, but he wasn't great, and the community managers were not trained. So, we just hunt the community manager who did everything and combined it with some in-sourced types. Now we have a community lead and management, so everything is structured well.

Any questions left?

How is it even possible?

With our 6 years of experience in crypto community management plus the 7-year expertise of our development company, you can trust us. Add to this the combination of GPT chatbot capabilities, and you understand that we are well-equipped to provide you with the opportunities and knowledge encompassed by the information mentioned above.

Could VENQ.ai fully replace community managers?

Currently, VENQ.ai can effectively handle 100% of low-level community manager responsibilities. But to answer the question directly, we will never know the extent of the limits of Conversational AI capabilities; they reach as high as the sky. So, maybe it will allow us to fully replace community managers one day. Or not.  While using VENQ.ai just a bit of human attention is required — a community lead or marketing director, for example, can configure and provide ongoing support to the chatbot. You are just going to help it to operate effectively. As chatbot algorithms require time to learn and improve, having a dedicated person to monitor responses and assist in their development is crucial in the beginning. As the chatbot becomes more proficient, it will only require approximately 30 minutes of daily support.

What to do if I need to receive turnkey community management support?

If you find that SaaS alone does not really cover your needs, and you desire a greater level of delegation, feel free to reach out to us. VENQ.ai is the result of our experience in community building and community management for Web3, which helps us tackle any complex challenges you may encounter.

Who created VENQ.ai?

It was founded by two companies: Solus Foundation, which supports the growth of Web3 projects through investment raising and marketing, and Bestion Limited, which ensures project development. For more details about us, please refer to our pitch deck.

How long does it take to set up VENQ.ai?

If you already have a knowledge base and a community history that includes a number of accurate answers from community management, the process will typically take around 5–10 minutes. But if you want a more customized and optimized experience, the time investment will depend on your willingness to dedicate. Fortunately, the initial setup is incredibly easy and quick.

How often should the bot be updated?

The AI bot doesn't require any upgrades unless you want it to develop. However, if you have new information, updates, or engage in new activities (if not, it's worth questioning why), then regular chatbot training will be necessary. The bot will respond based on what you teach it, so ensure that you provide all the web3 community moderation updates for accurate answers.

Is VENQ.ai better than a quality community management?

We, as humans, believe that Saas should not be considered more important than human work. However, we hope you will carefully read our landing page and understand the advantages of VENQ.ai compared to other options.  Our main goal is not to replace community managers, but to give them the opportunity to use their unique abilities, which even the most powerful AI cannot replicate. One reason we created VENQ.ai is because community managers often have to do tasks that can and should be automated. So, to clarify once again: this is not a competition to determine what or who is better - robots or humans - but rather a focus on making community management endeavours more efficient.
